Ebadot stays hydrated all the time while he is in Abu Dhabi, both in and out of the training setting. At all times of the day, he makes sure to drink plenty of water. At breakfast, he focuses on eating and drinking nutrient-dense foods and drinks that help his body handle the heat and recover.
Bangladesh scored 234 runs in their first game in that practice match. Soumya Sarkar (57 not out), Shadman Islam (46), Naeem Hasan (36) and Mominul Haque (33 not out) all contributed. With Muhammad Waseem’s 69, UAE scored 222 runs but was out in 53.5 overs.

In Abu Dhabi’s Zayed Cricket Stadium, Bangladesh will play a one-off Test against Afghanistan from October 9–13. It will be hot and humid. This is Bangladesh’s first Test match in the United Arab Emirates, which is very different from what the country has done in the area before. The team had only played ODIs and T20 Internationals in the UAE before, and those games were all day-night affairs. This five-day format played during the day was a new challenge for the visiting party.
